Carey Group Publishing’s Carey Guides Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Kit includes two tools that you can use to assess staff’s use of the Carey Guides: the “Carey Guides Case Audit Tool” and the “Carey Guides Direct Observation Tool.” (There is also a client feedback survey, whose goal is to obtain clients’ feedback on appointments in which skill-building tools are used.)

My agency has started to utilize Carey Guides and BITS. We have started to create a grading guideline so officers can make improvements where they need. Does anyone have a coaching guideline or grade sheet they use?
